The Organisational Capability Framework™
One framework for psychological safety, psychosocial risk and organisational capability.
Turn fragmented wellbeing efforts into one system you can run and prove.
Aligned with ISO 45003 · ESG · WHS/Psychosocial Regulations.
Why frameworks, not programmes
Most organisations are not short of initiatives. They are short of a way to connect them.
Expectations around psychosocial risk, ESG and ISO 45003 now require more than separate programmes. They require an approach in which leadership, governance, work design and decisions reinforce one another.
Where it started
The question was never "how do we introduce another initiative?"
It was: How do organisations develop capability that keeps strengthening over time?
That question produced The Organisational Capability Journey™ four progressive stages:
- Awareness: creating a shared language around psychosocial risk.
- Understanding: recognising how people experience pressure and adversity.
- Implementation: translating insight into operational work processes.
- Integration: embedding it into governance, ISO 45003 and ESG.
For many organisations, integration looks like the destination.
Why integration wasn't the end
Integration explains how capability becomes part of an organisation. It does not explain why some keep strengthening it while others lose momentum.
Capability is not self-sustaining. Under pressure, routines weaken — often staying latent until a shock exposes the fragility.
That gap is what the Framework answers.
The Framework
The Journey describes the stages. The Framework describes what sustains them.
The Framework continues the Journey. It does not replace it.
