General Terms and Conditions
Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions · Version 3.0 · Revision date: 14 October 2026 · Effective date: 1 January 2027
These terms apply to Agreements concluded from 1 January 2027. Agreements concluded before that date with RA Business Services BV remain governed by the terms that applied at that time.
A rule that mentions "Business Customers" or "Consumers" applies only to that group. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights of Consumers.

Application
These General Terms and Conditions include all rights and obligations regarding the information and Services that Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions offers via the Website, without prejudice to the legal rights and obligations from which no deviation can be made.
Business Customers: the General Terms and Conditions take precedence over any conflicting provisions or agreements between the Parties or with third parties, unless Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions has expressly accepted a deviation, and over the Customer's own general terms and conditions.
If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions or in the rest of the Agreement is void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, this does not affect the other provisions. The Parties will negotiate in good faith to replace the provision with a new one that is as close as possible to the original intent.
Use of the website
- The information on the Website, including tips, opinions and images, is for general information purposes only and may be changed by Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions from time to time. It is not intended and should not be regarded as individual health or other individual advice.
- The Website may contain links and references to external websites or third-party resources. Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions is not responsible for the content of these.
- Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions may reserve access to parts of the Website exclusively for Customers or Customer Personnel, who must comply with the access instructions. Failure to comply may result in full or partial denial of access.
Services
- Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions carries out the Services with reasonable care and skill, as an obligation of means. The nature of the Services does not permit any guarantee regarding the wellbeing, health or productivity of Customers or Customer Personnel during or after the Services, as other factors beyond its control are also decisive. Consumers keep their legal rights if a Service or digital content does not conform to the Agreement.
- Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions may outsource the Services or parts thereof to third parties and will give their name and contact details at the Customer's request.
- Business Customers may not transfer their rights and obligations under the Agreement to a third party without written consent.
- Business Customers: Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions may change the Services and prices before delivery (i) if the change favours the Customer, (ii) if its personnel or other costs rise suddenly, (iii) if applicable law or its interpretation changes, or (iv) if a change is reasonably required for its business operations. This gives no right to compensation, suspension or termination, provided the change was communicated before delivery of the Services concerned. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
- Consumers: the price agreed at the time of the order does not change. Changes to a membership apply only from the next renewal date and are announced in advance.
- Business Customers: Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions may consider the Agreement terminated without prior notice in the event of bankruptcy, apparent insolvency or a change in the Customer's legal situation that threatens to disadvantage it.
Prices and VAT
- Prices are displayed in euro.
- Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT, under the Belgian small-enterprise exemption. If this changes, prices and these terms will be updated and announced.
- For customers outside Belgium, local taxes (such as VAT or GST) may apply depending on the customer's location and legal status.
- Consumers: the price shown before you order is the total price.
Payment
- Online coaching, community, online training, memberships and other digital products: payment is due immediately at checkout, using the payment methods offered through Kajabi. Access starts when payment is confirmed. Online training has a single price.
- Memberships: the fee is monthly or annual, as chosen at checkout. It is charged automatically at the start of each period through the payment method used at checkout.
- Business Customers (consultancy, keynotes, live training): the invoice is issued before delivery and must be paid in full by the Customer before delivery of the Services, and in any event no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the invoice date. If the invoice has not been paid in whole or in part before the start of the Services, Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions may deny access to all or part of the Services or suspend or cancel them.
- Business Customers: EUR 15 is charged per additional invoice for certain Services, for example for subcontractors. Disputes regarding an invoice must be reported by registered letter, stating the reasons, within eight (8) calendar days after the invoice date.
- Invoices are payable by bank transfer unless another method is offered.
Late payment
Business Customers
- If an invoice is not paid on the due date, the amount due increases by operation of law and without notice of default, with interest equal to the Belgian legal interest rate increased by 2%, with a minimum of 12% per year, from the due date.
- In addition, the amount is increased by operation of law and without notice by 10%, with a minimum of EUR 40 and a maximum of EUR 2,500, as fixed compensation for extrajudicial costs, even if a period of grace is granted.
- Non-payment on the due date entitles Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions to suspend further Services by operation of law and without notice, and makes all invoices not yet due immediately payable.
- Claims for damages do not release the Customer from paying the price. Failure to pay is a failure to pay on time.
Consumers: if a payment fails or is late, Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions first sends a reminder. Legal interest and the costs permitted by law may apply after that. No fixed compensation or interest above what the law allows is charged.
Physical products (for example printed books): delivered goods remain the property of Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions until paid in full.
Membership of the Sustainable Wellbeing Platform after Trauma
- Becoming a member means that you can introduce yourself through the Website and enjoy the benefits that depend on the type of membership chosen.

- Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions may change the content, layout or functionality of the platform at any time. Changes that significantly reduce what you paid for are announced in advance, and Consumers keep their legal rights.

If the user makes the necessary adjustments, the profile is put back online. If the user does not do so within seven working days of notification, the profile may be taken offline permanently. - The membership renews tacitly for the same term and in the same formula. It can be cancelled by email to [email protected] or in writing. A confirmation of receipt is always sent.
- Changes to prices or terms of use are announced well in advance of the renewal date, so that the member can make an informed choice. If the member has not cancelled in time, the membership continues at the new prices or terms.
- If the automatic payment at renewal fails, Sustainable Wellbeing Solutions may take the profile or access temporarily offline, without prejudice to its right to recover payment. Access is restored within three working days of payment.
- Each member is responsible for following up notifications. It is advisable to check the spam folder and the member's personal account regularly.
Right of withdrawal for Consumers
- A Consumer who buys at a distance has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. For services and digital content, the period starts on the day the Agreement is concluded. For physical products, it starts on the day of receipt. To withdraw, send a clear statement by email, or use the model form at the end of these terms.
- If the Consumer asks for a Service to start within the 14 days, the Consumer pays a proportionate amount for what has been delivered up to withdrawal. If the Service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost only if the Consumer expressly agreed beforehand to start and confirmed this loss.
