Psychosocial risk management you can prove — not just describe.
Aligned with ISO 45003 and equivalent national frameworks.
For HR, HSE, prevention and wellbeing leaders and the executives accountable for organisational risk.
Is Your Organisation Structurally Ready to Begin? Why this matters now
Psychosocial risk has moved from culture into compliance. In the UK, Australia, Norway and across the EU, employers carry a legal duty to assess and control it — and regulators now inspect.
A policy is evidence of intent. It is not a control.
The question an inspection asks is not what you have written down. It is who acted, and what demonstrably changed.
What ISO 45003 actually requires
ISO 45003 is the first international standard for managing psychosocial risk at work. It does not tell you which risks to manage. It tells you what a management system for them has to look like.
In practice, four things:
- Identify: how work is designed, organised and managed, and where that creates risk.
- Assess: which risks matter, and who owns them.
- Control: what changes, by when, and who is accountable.
- Review: how you know it worked, and how you can show it.
Most organisations do the first two, and stop.
Where organisations get stuck!
None of these is a lack of effort. They are a lack of structure.
A register without an owner.
Risks are listed. Nobody is named against them.
An assessment without a change.
Excessive workload was found. The following Monday, nothing was different. mauris. Orci fusce ipsum faucibus scelerisque.
A policy without a practice.
The document exists. The behaviour does not match it.
A programme without governance.
Wellbeing sits with HR. When the regulator asks who is accountable, the answer is unclear.
How I work with this
Through The Organisational Capability Framework™, across four levels:
What organisations can expect
- One language from HR to board.
- Existing policies, finally connected.
- Leaders who know their role before it is tested.
- ISO 45003 alignment you can evidence.
- Answers ready before anyone asks.
